Troubleshooting the Fountain: (1) If the fountain is not working, fully submerge it in water for five seconds while running. (2) Check the bottom filter for any blockages (e.g., leaves) and clear them if needed.

Adjusting the Fountain Stream: a) Long-press the light button to turn on the device. b) Press the fountain button once to enter Maximum Spray mode, and the fountain will spray at its highest height. (Note: Since the fountain system needs to be activated, it may take a little time to reach the maximum height.) c) If there is no water spray or the spray is not high enough, submerge the fountain fully in water for five seconds while running.

Battery Life: The fountain has an automatic shut-off system that activates after two hours of use. If you want to continue using it, simply turn it on again.

Noise Reminder: When the fountain is operating normally, you may notice a slight noise, which is a normal phenomenon.
Maximum Spray Mode and Random Spray Mode: The floating pool fountain can spray water up to 3 feet high. You can switch between the water spray modes by pressing the fountain button: - Press once: Maximum Spray mode, the fountain will spray at maximum height. - Press again: Random Spray mode, where the spray height will vary. - Press a third time: Turn the unit off.
LED Light Show: The pond fountain has 6 colorful underwater light modes that you can cycle through by pressing the button: - Mode 1: Slow, full-color light show - Mode 2: Fast, full-color light show - Mode 3: Random fast/slow, full-color light show - Mode 4: Red light only - Mode 5: Green light only - Mode 6: Blue light only
Upper Flash Lights: When the spray button is turned on, the upper LED lights on the pool fountain will automatically turn on and flash, creating a beautiful display.
Waterproof Design and Tether Loop: Our R&D team has designed double waterproof protection for the fountain. If water enters the charging port, simply pour it out, and the fountain will still work normally. Additionally, we have included a sturdy rope tether loop to secure the fountain if desired.
